Unique foaming/blow molding process

By blow molding and foaming simultaneously in a single mold, FOAMCORE™ enables the manufacture of products superior in terms of weight, strength, thermal insulation and recyclability that would not be possible with conventional blow molding or foamed plastic. It is applied for ceiling and wall of prefabricated bath, floats, etc. and expected to be applied widely for automotive parts. FOAMCORE™ consists of a solid outer layer and expanded core and widens the scope for mono-material plastic components.
