A range of molded plank products for packaging fabrication

Sometimes also called bead board in the industry, ARPLANK® products are made from expanded polyethylene (ARPAK® EPE), expanded polypropylene (ARPRO® EPP) and cross linked expanded polyethylene (ARPEX® xEPE). ARPLANK® products come in sheets or planks that are 48" x 72 " overall, and come in thicknesses including 1", 2", 4" and 6", as well as in a range of densities.

ARPRO® Porous, a specialty material, is available in 24" x 48" planks, in 1" and 2" thicknesses.

These closed cell foams provide outstanding energy absorption characteristics, weight to strength ratio, and are resistant to water, oils and most chemicals. ARPLANK® products are ideal for packaging fabrication applications in markets including automotive, military, sensitive equipment, fragile products, electronics, tools, hardware and much more.
