JSP takes advantage of ARPRO® EPP recyclability on several fronts.
First, imperfect product generated during manufacture is recycled back into the production stream. This practice helps ensure that no manufactured ARPRO® EPP product is inadvertently introduced into the environment.
ARPRO® EPP products used in automotive applications, from bumper components to interior parts, are recycled as part of automotive salvage reclamation programs. Furthermore, as automotive manufacturers strive for mono-material parts that require less disassembly and sorting, polypropylene (ARPRO® EPP) has become a favoured material choice for all types of vehicles.
ARPRO® EPP is used extensively in dunnage, reusable protective packaging used to transport parts between manufacturers. Because of its durability and energy management capabilities, ARPRO® EPP helps reduce the amount of alternative materials more suitable for single use applications.
Dunnage made from ARPRO® EPP can be recycled and incorporated back into the original manufacturing stream. |
