Load floors
Panels forming the floor in the trunk / boot of passenger cars made from high density ARPRO® provide light weight, structural rigidity and durability. Fittings can be moulded directly into the part. Surface grain can be moulded in for a textured appearance.

Floor levelers
ARPRO® parts reconcile the formed steel structural floor and the smooth flat surface required in the passenger cabin. ARPRO® floor levelers add acoustical and thermal insulation, and are impervious to moisture. |

Parcel shelves
Shelving under the rear window made with ARPRO®, maintains its structural properties to 130°C, and can be covered (or laminated) with TPO or other covering. |

Consoles
Consoles made with ARPRO® can include moulded-in functional features such as cup holders, and with plastic or metal hinges, inserts and fittings embedded during the moulding process. Storage compartment tops can be combined with PU foams and TPO laminates. |

Underhood components
Components such as battery storage boxes made with ARPRO® resist exposure to temperature extremes, water, oils and other chemicals. ARPRO® is strong yet exceptionally lightweight, durable, provides thermal insulation and helps reduce noise. |

Ductwork insulation
Air ducts are surrounded by sleeves made with fitted components made from ARPRO®. This helps improve energy efficiency in maintaining cabin comfort, as well as reducing noise. |

Space / void fillers
ARPRO® parts are used to fill areas to dampen vibration, reinforce acoustical or thermal performance, house wire or cable harnesses, as well as a range of other functions. |
