CLEARPOR® Produces Exceptionally High Quality Foam Metal Casting Patterns

CLEARPOR® moulded foam patterns used in the lost foam metal casting process allow more complexity, smoother surface and enhanced quality control. Patterns made with CLEARPOR® can be moulded on standard EPS presses.

Mould patterns made from CLEARPOR® are comprised of extremely small beads, 0.4 mm and 0.5 mm in diameter, depending on grade, which produce metal castings with a superior surface appearance, with greater precision and tighter tolerances than are achievable with alternative foam materials. CLEARPOR® provides superior dimensional stability.
