High Density


For Maximum Compressive Strength, Energy Absorption and Structural Integrity

ARPRO® High Density EPP grades, up to 250 g/l, are used to mould extremely rigid products for applications where compressive strength and energy absorption are crucial performance factors, such as for automotive bumper cores, passenger side impact protection, warehouse wall pads, and similar uses.

Products made from ARPRO® High Density have structural strength, yet maintain a desired degree of resiliency under crash conditions, depending on how the product is engineered.

As a closed cell, high density bead foam, ARPRO® High Density has a remarkable strength-to-weight ratio, is exceptionally durable, resists exposure to water and most oils and chemicals, and can be tailored to provide additional benefits based on the application specifications.

In addition to automotive components, ARPRO® High Density is also used to make dunnage products, customised reusable industrial packaging, and for special shipping containers for a range of other industrial applications.
