Texture Moulded Directly Into the Surface of ARPRO® Parts

JSP design engineers routinely work with customers to create a textured surface most suitable for specific application requirements. A textured, or grained, surface can be designed to accommodate a virtually infinite range of styles, colours and aesthetic requirements.

This technique can be particularly effective when used in combination with ARPRO® Colours. In addition, Technical Grain surface texture helps mask the "beaded" surface appearance typical of moulded EPP products.

In some cases, such as children's products and toys, this can mean that the product is ready for use as it comes from the mould, without further fabrication, assembly or additional surface treatments required.
