Efficient, Cost Effective Solutions for Enhancing the Performance of ARPRO® EPP Parts

ARPRO® parts designed to be system components must be securely fastened to other parts within that system. In many cases rigid inserts are the solution for attaching ARPRO® components with screws, bolts and other fastening devices.

These inserts, designed to mate with selected fasteners, are moulded directly into the ARPRO® part, essentially embedded into the product, resulting in a structurally sound single unit.

The moulded ARPRO® part can then be securely attached to any other component. Performance properties of the ARPRO® part are not compromised.

Inserts can be any type of plastic, nylon, wire, metal sleeves, hooks, virtually any material and any size and shape. ARPRO® inserts can help simplify assembly, reduce the number of system parts, and can greatly reduce assembly labour in many cases.

Inserts can also add other properties, such as the reinforcing strength of a steel plate, when such performance is required.
