New foaming/blow technology

SUPERFOAM™ utilizes a forming method whereby the blown plastic is "foamed" enabling the manufacture of a wide variety of products, including hollow and filled foams, and foams with an outer skin.

With this method it is possible to produce products that are superior in terms of weight, strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation and recyclability. It is used for automotive air conditioning ducts due to lightweight, thermal insulation, and sound insulation.
